GREETING TEAM

Helping people connect and feel welcome with the Living Streams Church Family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Each volunteer role has its own process of qualification and training.

Purpose: The Greeting Team helps people connect and feel welcome at Living Streams Church. Greeters provide that welcoming first impression for all members and guests of LSC.

Specifics of the Role:

  • Standing at the door and greeting the people as they arrive

  • Directing people to restrooms, nursing mothers room and kid’s area

  • Being aware of new guests as they come in

  • Handing all news guests a connection card with pen

  • If guests have children, explain the process of our kid’s ministry, name tags, and direct to the kid’s area

  • Standing at the door and greet people as they exit, at the conclusion of the service.

Expectations:

  • Reply within 48 hours of being scheduled to serve. (Through email/text message)

  • Arrive promptly in order to be ready to greet by 10:10 AM

  • Serve with a friendly smile, take initiative, make eye contact and provide any assistance needed to all guests.
